Guardian Angel of Nature – Reduction Linocut Print – Limited Edition of 14
After five months of intensive work, my latest reduction linocut is complete: Guardian Angel of Nature. This Art Nouveau-inspired angel is surrounded by flowing natural forms symbolising harmony, tranquillity and inner growth.
The artwork was created from a single linoleum block and printed in 20 layers of colour. Each layer required great precision, patience and drying time, giving the finished work exceptional depth and character.
Because the faces were too small to reproduce with the desired clarity through printing alone, I painted them individually by hand. As a result, every angel has its own subtle expression and personality, making each print truly unique.
Guardian Angel of Nature is available in a strictly limited edition of only 14 impressions. Each print is individually signed and numbered by hand and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Only the finest materials were selected for this artwork. Some layers required almost half a tin of white ink to achieve the desired luminosity, clarity and depth.
While creating and printing this piece, I was inspired by classical music and by the tranquillity, light and strength that angels represent. Guardian Angel of Nature is the first artwork in my new Angel Series, exploring the connection between humanity, nature and light.
