Who I am
I am Jennie Smallenbroek. I give courses and workshops, paint artworks and write books, and sell art and creative products through my website.

When these rules apply
These terms always apply when you buy something from me or book a service, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Ordering and payment

  • Orders placed through the website must be paid immediately online.
  • For commissions or workshops you will receive an invoice, which must be paid within 14 days, unless we have agreed otherwise.
  • If payment is not received on time, I may temporarily stop my work until the payment is completed.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

  • When you buy something in my webshop, you have 14 days to withdraw. You may cancel without giving a reason, as long as it is not a custom order or a digital product (such as e-books or online workshops that you can access immediately).
  • Custom orders (such as commissioned paintings or personalized products) and digital products cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • If you cancel a workshop or course within 14 days after registering, you will receive a refund. If the workshop has already started within that period and you have participated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Delivery

  • I ship orders as quickly as possible. Postal delivery may be delayed; I will keep you informed if that happens.
  • With artworks or printed materials, there may always be small color differences compared to photos.

Liability

  • I work with care, but I cannot guarantee specific results.
  • I am not liable for damage caused by misuse of my products or services.
  • If something goes wrong due to my mistake, I will reimburse at most the price of the order or commission.

Copyright

  • Everything I create (paintings, texts, designs, photos) remains my property. You may not copy or resell it without my permission.
  • If you buy an artwork or product, it is intended only for your personal use.

Disputes

  • Do you have a complaint? Please let me know within 14 days, and we will look for a solution together.
  • If we cannot resolve it, Dutch law applies and the court in Utrecht is competent.
